DAYS offers human services to children, youth, families, and adults throughout Colorado.

DAYS provides outpatient behavioral and mental health services, substance abuse treatment, home-based family services, and parenting time services for children, youth, and families.

Services may be self-referred or referred through any professional - human services, school, doctor’s office, juvenile justice worker, case worker or aide, etc.

DAYS accepts Medicaid. We also offer a sliding fee scale for self-pay clients. We do not currently accept private insurance.

Services are accessible, culturally sensitive, and relevant to the individuals we serve.

Mental Health Services

DAYS provides behavioral and mental health services for individuals and families. Services include intake, initial assessment, clinical case management, individual therapy, and family therapy. Parenting Time Services

Parenting Time Services are offered to support families who have been separated due to safety concerns or court order. DAYS supervises and supports parents who are allowed to visit with their children through coaching, skill building, and guidance. Parenting Time Services may be provided at a local human services care center, in the community, or at our office. Please ask about our mobile visitation services.

Home-Based Family Services

DAYS provides home-based services for children, youth, and families. Individualized services are provided with the goal of keeping families together whenever possible, ensuring child safety and well-being, and helping families gain stability. Services include basic needs assessment, clinical case management, life skills, individual and family therapy, and crisis intervention.

Substance Abuse Treatment

Denver Area Youth Services is a 501(c)(3) organization registered in the state of Colorado. Donations are tax-deductible.

A $500 donation provides outpatient therapy for a month for a child or adolescent who experiences maltreatment.
